EBU - Portland Pairs

Various Venues 25th March 2012

A two-session Mixed Pairs event held at various venues. The event will be match-pointed over the entire field via the internet.
The starting time at all venues will be 12.00 noon BST and 2 sessions of 24 boards will be played with a break between sessions. The second session will start at approximately 4.30pm but this can be varied by up to half an hour either way to take account of local circumstances.

New venues for this year are:

Christchurch Bridge Club (Bournemouth); Deva Bridge Club (Cheshire). Risbygate Bridge Club (Bury St. Edmonds); Sheffield Bridge Club (Sheffield).

Master Points

Green Points are awarded throughout, both for session results and for final ranking. Session awards go to the top 1/4 of the overall field based on the session scores alone. In addition ranking points go to the top 1/2 of the overall field based on the two-session total score. Session awards and final ranking awards are cumulative.
